Every young gymnast should be captured on film, whether it be still gymnastics photos or video, hopefully both. Even now I'm still astounded at the feats young gymnasts can perform, it is a very special talent that takes many many hours of disciplined practice. Gymnastics pictures and photographs serve as a reminder, in the adult years of a gymnast's life, of what is possible with discipline and determination.
